Soror Constance serves as the U.S.G.L. Local Leadership Training Coordinator. She began her officer journey as a Steward and steadily advanced through every role in the Local Body, including Social Media Secretary, Initiation Secretary, E.G.C. Secretary, Webmaster, Treasurer, Secretary, Deputy Lodge Master, and ultimately Lodge Master—a position she held for nine years. Guided by the principle that leadership must be grounded in firsthand understanding, she made it her mission to serve in every officer position. This approach deepened her insight into the processes that support the Local Body and ensured she fully grasped what each role demands of those who hold it. As a result, she brings a comprehensive understanding of the structure and spirit of Local Body leadership. Soror Constance is a Chartered Initiator, an Ordained Priestess, and a member of the Committee of Four of Tahuti Chapter R+C.
Originally from Buenos Aires, she studied journalism and built a 20-year career in Organizational Communications, where she leads teams and delivers complex projects with vision and care.
