Attending Kaaba Roadshow
All attendees must be members in good standing of the I*.
What Does the Weekend Look Like?
Speakers and attendees arrive Friday and leave Sunday night or Monday morning.
There is a social on Friday night at the hotel, hosted by the local officers, open to members and their invited guests, from 7 to 10 pm.
Kaaba Colloquium proper is held Saturday and Sunday from 8 am to 5:30 pm, with breakfast and lunch provided. Members are on their own for the dinner breaks, while speakers participate in closed debrief sessions about each day.
An attendees-only social is held Saturday and Sunday nights for attendees, 7:30-10 pm.
